The goal of the Recipe for Healthy Kids Plan is to utilize extremely specific, step-by-step information to educate parents on how to bring good nutrition and better health to their family almost immediately.   • Learn how to make nutritious, great-tasting meals in very little time -- Covers meal planning, cooking specific dishes; includes a discussion of what ingredients to have on hand so you can prepare a last-minute healthy meal or snack.
  • Learn the value of daily exercise -- A key part of the plan, enabling you to analyze children's current activity levels and then increase them accordingly. Covers the 10 easiest and best exercises for kids and their families.
